How to join the PROSPECT+ capacity-building programme

Local and regional authorities or their energy and climate agencies, local and regional organisations (e.g., development agencies, municipal companies, energy cooperatives) and external consultants working for a local or regional public authority from 44 eligible countries¹ can apply to participate in our learning cycles as a mentee. 

Choose from our offer:

🌿Energy Performance Contracting for public buildings or public lighting.  
🌿Preparing an ELENA application. 
🌿Local incentives for the development of e-mobility. 
🌿Soft loans for the energy retrofitting of private buildings. 
🌿Funding community renovation projects. 
🌿Setting up and growing an energy agency. 
🌿Development and scale up of One-Stop-Shops for home renovation. 
🌿Citizen financing for renewable energy communities.

• Local group in BiH, Serbia, Croatia and Montenegro on Energy Performance Contracting.
• Local group in the Czech Republic and Slovakia on Energy communities.
• Local groups in Ireland on Funding community renovation projects or Setting up and growing an energy agency.
• Local groups in Spain on Mobility.
• Local group in Belgium on Internal contracting.
