On the 26th of October 2023, PROSPECT+ is organising an invitation-only Masterclass for the previous mentees and external mentors from the first two learning cycles. The half-day workshop is tailored for local and regional authorities who are seeking to develop a bankable investment concept or focus on advancing their sustainable energy projects through the development of an investment concept.

For this reason, we have invited a number of organizations that will be able to give tips and concrete opportunities to bring projects one step further. These are the ELENA team from the EIB, the European City Facility, the Managenergy initiative, and a representative from CINEA who will be able to guide the participants through further opportunities under the LIFE-CET programme, amongst others.

The event is highly interactive and will alternate plenary sessions - where the above-mentioned experts will illustrate what further support they can offer together with providing valuable information and resources on how to further develop projects - and networking moments - where experts remain available to answer any specific question and where the participants will be able to interact with peers and other PROSPECT+ mentors. 

The Masterclass is conveniently organised back-to-back with the Covenant of Mayors Investment Forum – Energy Efficiency Finance Market Place in order to provide a more comprehensive learning experience and opportunity to meet peer practitioners.
